5Unbelievable customer service! I'm in Hawaii so the time difference makes corresponding with mainland companies challenging. However, I always got the help I needed immediately via chat. The initial design I submitted for my 10'x8' fabric banner was pixelated but the design team let me know. I ended up creating a whole new design but that one also turned out blurry. By the time I got it right, I was too close to the event date. I was able to send the final design via the chat and the representative upgraded the delivery and sent a convenient payment link so I could pay the difference. The banner came within a few days and earlier than expected! I was surprised that it also came with velcro straps on the left and right sides. The top and bottom had pole pockets. After a little steam ironing, the banner was completely smooth and looked really sharp. We had photos of our team in the design which to my delight came out looking great. The customer service is awesome and the prices are excellent too. I shop around whenever I order stuff and have always been pleased with the quality and price at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Buzz.

5I had an issue with shipping and it wasn’t been solved for almost week. All the staff is just making customer fool and supervisor does not have time to talk with client once the payment get out of customer’s bank. I spoke to Mr stavan finally and not only he solve my problem but he understand my problem properly and respond it very professionally and kindly. I don’t know if our feedback reaches to the management but if it is reaching to them please do appreciate for stavan’s skill and ability in understanding and resolving the issues.
